Search for the Cleanest and Greenest Barangay 2011

Mechanics:

1. The contest is open to all Punong Barangays of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija

2. The scope of the constest includes four (4) performance areas, namely:

I. Good Governance

1. Barangay Legislation
2. Transparency

II. Administration

1. Infrastructure
2. Customer Service

III. Social Services

1. Health and Nutrition
2. Education, Peace and Order

IV. Environmental Management

1. Proper Waste Segregation/Composting/Mini-MRF
2. Gulayan sa Barangay

3. The Board of Judges will visit the barangay randomly. Judges decision is final.

Criteria for Judging

1. Good Governance	10%
2. Administration	10%
3. Social Services	10%
4. Environmental Management	70%

Duration of Conteste

Judging	- July 15 to October 15, 2011
Awarding	- October 29, 2011 (152nd Araw ng Cuyapo)

Prizes

1st Place	- P100,000.00 and Plaque
2nd Place	- P50,000.00 and Plaque
3rd Plac	- P30,000.00 and Plaque
