| Cuyapo, is now a First Class Municipality |
Memorandum Circular No. 01-M(54)-08 embodies the Reclassification of the Municipalities of Nueva Ecja prescribing the new income bracket scheme for LGUs accordingly and upon proper consideration of the trends and patterns reflected in the Financial Statements of the LGUs for CYs 2004-2007 as certified by the Commission on Audit in order that it may continue to conform with prevailing economic conditions and the overall financial status of the local government units pursuant to Department Order No. 23-08, dated July 29, 2008.
Current developments in terms of infrastructure and economic progress is attainted through the strong and dedicated leadership of our beloved Mayor, Hon. Amado R. Corpus, Jr. and the collective efforts of all local government officials and employees together with the town’s people.
Cuyapo is now one of the ten municipalities in entire Nueva Ecija reclassified as First Class Municipality.
