| Cuyapo, is now a First Class Municipality |
Memorandum Circular No. 01-M(54)-08 embodies the Reclassification of the Municipalities of Nueva Ecja prescribing the new income bracket scheme for LGUs accordingly and upon proper consideration of the trends and patterns reflected in the Financial Statements of the LGUs for CYs 2004-2007 as certified by the Commission on Audit in order that it may continue to conform with prevailing economic conditions and the overall financial status of the local government units pursuant to Department Order No. 23-08, dated July 29, 2008.
Current developments in terms of infrastructure and economic progress is attainted through the strong and dedicated leadership of our beloved Mayor, Hon. Amado R. Corpus, Jr. and the collective efforts of all local government officials and employees together with the town’s people.
Cuyapo is now one of the ten municipalities in entire Nueva Ecija reclassified as First Class Municipality.

First Class?? Unfortunately the lives of CuyapeÑo did not improve and become worst instead.Tax are everywhere, tricykel parking,jeepney parking and the rent of stores in our market markedly increased. It is good to see that our market has been renovated but sad to say"harap lng ginawa" and to think the "costing". I'm sure all of us knew it.Another is the 32 million Municipal Hall ..Imagine 32 million??Look at it! Inspect it, look at the detailed part,you'll see and ask "eto na yung 32 million".Poor Cuyapo.
ang sa akin lang po, yung kalsadang nasasakupan ng tatlong Barangay (Tutuloy,Loob,Piglisan) hangang ngayon po lubak parin po. sa kabila po ng pagiging loyal ng nasabing tatlong barangay kay mahal na mayor Corpus. Mayor paki asikaso naman po ang mga nasabing barangay kawawa naman po ang inyong mga botante. wag naman po sanang tuwing election lang po nyo sila kilala. maraming salamat po!
Ang pagkakaalam ko meron naman ng plano sa pagpapakalsada nyan yung mga Sanguniang Bayan lang nman ang ayaw. Panu Baka daw pag pinasemento ni mayor yung daan pangalan lang daw ni mayor ang makilala at hndi sila.
